Middle School (Grades 6-8)
Our middle school program is designed for grades 6th - 8th. We have established a number of opportunities to meet the particular needs of young adolescents. Our focus is on nurturing social, academic, physical and spiritual growth.
Our Home Economics program is a good example of our focus. We serve a nutritious meal (high in protein, vitamins and minerals) and provide an experience in meal planning and preparation. Students select and prepare the food with direction from a teacher's aid in the church's youth building.
We have organized our students in a multi-age environment with learning happening in a variety of groups (ability, gender, whole class, theme, task)
